Comanche Nation College was established on August 8, 2002, by Tribal Charter as authorized by the Comanche Nation Business Committee and General Council. The school was founded to address the educational needs of all eligible students and to develop the skills necessary to achieve further academic success. Comanche Nation College offers curriculum and instruction at an Associates Degree level. A major emphasis as a tribally controlled and supported institution is to combine all learning in a culturally enriched environment.

 

Our most important goal is to preserve our culture and educate the citizens of our community. To that end, we offer education and training for jobs of the 21st century while maintaining our culture heritage and values. This unique Tribal College experience is what I call "ancient moccasins on modern feet."

 

Comanche Nation College is developing new curricula and working with federal and private organizations in an effort to fund its facilities and program offerings. As this Tribal College continues to grow, commitment will improve their opportunities and quality of life. We welcome you to join us in our journey.
